1. Domestic Delivery (Within UAE)

  • Dubai: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • Other Emirates: Delivery within 3–4 business days (may vary slightly for remote areas)
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Complimentary delivery on orders above AED 150/-
    • A standard fee of AED 25 applies for orders below this value.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available upon request within the UAE. Additional charges apply.

For those unforgettable moments — a planned celebration, an unexpected surprise, or a last-minute gift — Occupation Princess offers a Special Delivery Service.

We can arrange to have your jewellery delivered to your location within 2–3 hours anywhere in Dubai, ensuring your piece arrives just in time to make the occasion truly magical.

4. Packaging & Presentation

Each jewel is securely packaged in our signature luxury box. A fragile sticker is placed on every parcel to ensure extra caution during transit, and our trusted delivery partners handle each package with the utmost care. Discreet outer packaging ensures privacy and safety during transit.

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Delivery Partner: All deliveries are handled by a trusted third-party courier provider. We will share the latest updates and tracking details with you once your order is dispatched.

 

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday (excluding UAE public holidays).
  • Delivery delays may occur during festive seasons such as Ramadan, Eid, and National Holidays.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery charge may apply.

 

7. Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military zones, or restricted countries.
  • Certain items (such as high-value jewellery or gemstone sets) may require additional verification prior to shipping.
