Occupation Princess is proudly a UAE-registered business, currently serving customers across the United Arab Emirates, with strong ambitions to expand our presence worldwide.

At Occupation Princess, all jewellery is handled only with gloves dedicated exclusively for jewellery handling and the pieces are never used never worn for modelling or tried on the body for any reason— ensuring every piece you receive is untouched, immaculate, its charm pristine, and its magic reserved exclusively for you from the very first moment you open the box.


We want you to love every piece you purchase, and we work hard to ensure your satisfaction. If you ever receive an item that is damaged or defective, our Return & Refund Policy makes it simple and transparent for you to resolve the issue.

 

1. Return Conditions

  • Video Verification: To request a return for a defective or damaged item, please record a clear video while unboxing your package. The video must show the item’s condition at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, returns without this unboxing video cannot be accepted.

📹 Guidelines for the video:

                           i.          The video must start before opening the package and continue until the item is fully unboxed.

                          ii.          It should be one complete video without cuts, edits, or pauses.

                         iii.          The package, label, and item must all be clearly visible.

                        iv.          Returns submitted without this unboxing video cannot be accepted.

 

  • Time Frame: All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please reach out to us right away with your video proof if you notice any issues.
  • No Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the defective one and place a new order.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, altered or pre ordered jewellery is non-exchangeable. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged and also we are unable to accept returns on jewellery that shows any signs of wear or use. Such items will be considered final sale.

 

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Record a video (as per the Guideline given above) while opening your package, please make sure that all the Return terms are followed.
  2. Whatsapp us at +971 58 9017048 or Email us at hello@occupationprincess.com within 24 hours of receiving your order
  3. Include your order number and attach the video file.
  4. Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you with the return process.

 

 

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item and based on the clear video evidence, and shows no traces of worn/ use, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Refunds are only applicable for items proven to be faulty through clear unboxing video evidence. In such cases, the customer may also choose to exchange the item for another jewellery piece of the same value or higher, or request store credit. Refunds are not provided under any other circumstances.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by emailing us at hello@occupationprincess.com with your Order ID. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to return the product after delivery, please ensure the package remains unopened and follow our Return Policy guidelines. Kindly note that return shipping costs within the UAE will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • Colour Disclaimer: Please note that product colours may vary slightly due to lighting during photography, device screen settings, or material textures. Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
